Nearly all manufacturers have adopted the business model of: cheap printer, expensive consumables; or, expensive printer, cheaper consumables. We have the experience to help you find the right balance between printing hardware and consumable price to ensure the most economical Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
As their needs change, our customers will occasionally trade in their machines for different models. These machines are fully reconditioned and offered to customers on a sale or rent basis. Call us to see what we currently have in stock.
We offer a 5-7 year, worry-free, Cost per Page Maintenance Scheme on many of our photocopiers and selected printer models. This covers all the running costs of the machine, such as toners, spare parts, servicing, and helpdesk support. Your only expense is the paper and electricity!
Multifunctionals are more suitable to share amongst a workgroup, since all the features are available on a single device. Valuable desktop and floor space is reduced, compared to having separate devices dotted around the office. Electricity consumption is much lower. You only need to deal with a single supplier for consumables and servicing. It is also more environmentally friendly to own a durable, multifunctional device, with long-life components, and large capacity consumables, rather than many cheaply-made devices which are not cost-effective to repair and therefore condemned to a landfill.
